| Has the basic foundation to become a decent touch passer in the future. Arm strength will always be a liability. If he can cover up this weakness, maybe he'll be OK. His scrambling ability will continue to evolve, which is very bad news for the defenses. With sufficient practice time, he could develop quarterback instincts second to none. |
